FOR SALE: 5-Lot Land Assembly on West King Edward

A 5th lot has been added to this land assembly that we launched last week. The total site area is now 39,195 SF, and is located in the Cambie Corridor Phase 3 area with a townhouse designation.

The lots will be pre-zoned by the City of Vancouver once the Phase 3 Plan has been adopted by City of Vancouver Council in late 2017/early 2018.
