Another day, another Broadway Plan rental tower rezoning application!

This application is for an 18,742 SF site at 1270-1290 West 11th Avenue, at the Southeast corner of 11th and Birch in the South Granville area.

The proposal is a 19-storey rental building that includes:

• 155 rental units;
• 20% below-market;
• 5,600 SF of retail space on the ground floor
• a total density of 6.80 FSR;
• A building height of 188 ft. 

This application is being considered under the Broadway Plan.

The architect for the project is Proscenium Architecture.
