This application is for an 18,742 SF site at 1270-1290 West 11th Avenue, at the Southeast corner of 11th and Birch in the South Granville area.
The proposal is a 19-storey rental building that includes:
- 155 rental units;
- 20% below-market;
- 5,600 SF of retail space on the ground floor
- a total density of 6.80 FSR;
- A building height of 188 ft.
This application is being considered under the Broadway Plan.
