Located mid-block on the south side of West 10th Avenue, this three storey, 11 suite apartment building is well positioned in the Fairview neighbourhood. Built in 1958, the Shavian Apartments had been owned by the Shavian family since construction.

Bosa Acquires Pacific Point in $79M Deal

Bosa Development has acquired Pacific Point, a 227-unit strata building located at 1323 Homer Street, at Pacific Street in Downtown Vancouver. The 20 year old project includes two phases over a common podium and is stratified but has been operated as a rental building since completion. It includes 11 commercial units on the ground floor. The building had been listed for sale by the Vendor, Concert Properties. The price per unit is approximately $350,000.

Barclay Mansion, a 40-unit apartment building in the West End has been sold by John Gee, Colliers for $10,300,000, or $258,000 per unit. The purchaser was a local investor.

 

Constructed in 1962 by a well-known local developer, Barclay Mansion is improved with a nine-storey concrete high-rise offering eight bachelors and thirty-two one bedrooms, and approximately 23,000 square feet of net rentable area.
